You cannot go wrong with Shiraz villa, such a beautiful villa with everything you need. We've spent many holidays at this location and sept 2022 we got married in Fethiye on a yacht. Farad and Kim are amazing hosts who cannot do enough for u to ensure your stay is hassle free and relaxing. Farad knowledge of the area and all little perks are great fully received. Farad n Kim ensured my special day went stress free and was always on the end of a phone if we needed him. Chalis is such a beautiful area, local shops and plenty of activities to keep u busy. The locals look after you and everything is such good prices. Thank you so much Farad n Kim forever gratefull |

| Message | Everything you could want for a relaxing, chilled out holiday but with nightlife a 5 minute cab ride away (walking is easy but who wants to start a night out hot and sweaty!). The villa is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable but the outside space - wow! I've stayed in hotels with smaller pools and less sunbeds! Third time for us and still feel very lucky to have found Shiraz villa. | ||||||

| Message | Have just returned from a 2 week holiday and I’m desperate to go back! Farad and Kim have a beautiful villa that is well equipped and ideally located with a big pool and a lovely established garden.The Wi-fi is superb as is the much needed air con! Calis is a 5 minute taxi ride where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday in Turkey | ||||||

| Message | Just got back from a 2 week holiday, everything regarding the villa was exceptional, the pool and garden are cleaned daily and the villa itself is great, shops a short walk away and restaurants are close by too, farad makes it all so easy by arranging the airport travel to and from the airport, really recommend this as a place to stay in turkey wouldn’t change a thing, , 10/10. | ||||||

| Message | Our first time in a villa and to Turkey and would recommend this to anyone the pool is a very good size with nice sun loungers. villa is clean with everything you need.bedrooms are a large size and also has 4 bathrooms which is good for large families. you are a 15 minute walk from the beach and main part of calis.it costs 20 lira in taxi if don't fancy walkin. would recommend the meeting point restaurant for food go ask for George.we will be back again. Jeep safari is a must get water pistols and prepare to get wet it costs 12 pounds for the day with pick up from villa and drop back also lunch there is extra costs for national park and if you want to do zip wire 10 pounds and water tubing 10 pounds we did water tubing also recommended really enjoyed holiday | ||||||

| Message | Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay at Shiraz Villa, and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. The location is really good, out of town but within walking distance of Calis Beach. The Villa is very comfortable and has a lovely outside area with a really good pool. Mehmet looks after the transfers from the airport and he is really helpful for anything else that you need. Farad and Kim make every effort to ensure that all your needs are met, and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we come back to Fethiyhe. | ||||||

| Message | Our second visit to Shiraz Villa with a third booked for next year! This villa is perfect for us, lots of space, everything you could wish for from a home from home. All done to a very high spec and great swimming pool and outdoor space. If you do like a walk then 25 minutes to Calis front and 15 minutes up to the village, but the taxi button (yellow button on a nearby lamp post summons a taxi within a few minutes) or a bus to fethiye stopping outside, you are never far away from the action if you want it. Would I recommend this villa? I want to say NO because It's our secret, but it's truly FABULOUS and the agent and his family are always on hand should you need them. | ||||||

We had 3 stunning weeks in Shiraz villa, Calis is a favourite place for us and staying in the villa just made the holiday more memorable. Location was perfect we hired bikes for our time there and cycling was great, nice flat roads and so much cooler than walking . Loved coming home in the evening and spending time in the pool. Villa very spacious and very clean, bed very comfortable pool very clean, outdoor area stunning with large barbecue with sink and dining area... great transfers lovely and peaceful in the evenings . Would have given a 10 but the koshk which is a fantastic addition to the pool area was a slight let down because, when you were in there for some very welcome shade you got covered in debris falling from the vines. Maybe some kind of solid cover to prevent this |

We cannot fault this villa and holiday in any shape or form, it truly was a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate in doing it again. We had some wonderful days out with Mehmet's wife took us on a lovely day out visiting three different places and having a traditional turkish breakfast on an off beaten road that you would never find if you didnt have a guide - it was fantastic. We had a fishing boat trip with Ahmet the boat man and also Ahmet our taxi man who taxied us around wherever we wanted to go with him showing us places that we would not have found i.e. the ghost town which was incredible and where to buy our bread etc instead of going in to Kippa which was more expensive than the local shops. The dolmus bus ran every 20 minutes and you can pick this up right outside the villa taking you to wherever you want to go for 2 lire per person (50p) one way. The turkish people in Calis and all the other places we visited are so very friendly and welcoming, food is great and for four people the dearest meal we had out was £65 which was a three course meal and drinks, food is amazing, always freshly cooked, no heating up of food in microwaves etc. We loved a place called Dawnbeach for food and drink in Calis, we also ate in Karim and Casa di mama in Calis also very good. We did BBQ at the villa, had many many enjoyable, fun nights. The pool is great and just cannot fault anything about the villa, it is luxurious and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We had a turkish family neighbours who had a huge tomato farm, they spoke a little English and was happy to wave, say hello etc to you and of course he gave you scrumptious tomato's if you asked him, we gave him sweets etc for his children and a few litre in return. e all felt very safe in turkey and would not hesitate in going back. a fantastic villa and holiday, it is a must. |

So sad to leave Shiraz villa. Enjoyed the half term break here with my kids and we loved every minute of it. The villa is ideally located in beautiful surrounding away from the hustle of the busy town but still close to all local amenities. 10/10 for the Villa as it has everything you need. Gardens and swimming pool were always kept clean. Looking forward to another holiday here next year. |
