john's review 7 SEP 2015 We have just returned from two glories weeks at the Villa Shiraz. The villa is very impressive, well laid out kitchen with all the equipment needed. The lounge and dining area is well laid out and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and well proportioned. The outside is very impressive beautiful gardens provided shade ,colour and sun. There are plenty of sun loungers and the pool is large, very clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed the holiday and our stay at the villa and would recommend it to others. |

My best friend had the job of organising my hen party! Wel I can honestly say she exceeded all expectations with booking this absolutely stunning villa! It was the best week any bride to be could ever imagine! The villa held all 8 of us comfortably! We were greeted on arrival at the airport by the organised transfer That farad had organised. Such lovely people that couldn't do enough for you! On arrival at the villa we had a superb arrival package, the villa was immaculately clean and tidy, the pool was beautiful and all of the sun loungers were placed around the pool for us. We were taken to the local supermarket to do our food shopping while the lovely lady waited for us and then took us back to the villa. Any activities we wanted to do were booked for us by farad before we went and they were all fantastic! I would recommend the jeep safari to eveyone. Every evening we took a lovely walk down the sea front and enjoyed dinner by the sea! I can not fault any part of the holiday at all! It was an amazing week and I could not recommend this villa any more highly! Thank you Farad and Kim!!! |

We visited Shiraz Villa in May 2015 and was the first guests for 2015 and had a amazing time. We really enjoyed this fantastic villa and it made our holiday so much more special. Having the space for the children to play, the amazing swimming pool which the Boys thoroughly enjoyed, The garden was great with the fresh Limes and Lemons a hit with the girls when having there cocktails. The Villa had all the latest gadgets and was spotless throughout. Things we enjoyed- Calais Market on Sunday. Eating out, our favourite was The Beach House which is on the main strip on Calis Beach. Transport from the villa- we often caught the dolmus as it goes right past the villa every 20 minutes. Thanks Farad and Kim for letting us stay at this wonderful villa and we are looking forward to booking again. |

| Message | This was my second time visiting Shiraz Villa, on this occasion with my family, and again it was an absolute privilege to stay here. I would like to give my sincere thanks to Farad for all of his help - from placing the booking, to providing us with all of the information - Farad has always been extremely helpful and friendly. The Villa is superbly located a short distance from Calis with regular minbuses serving both Calis and Fethiyhe. The Villa is extremely spacious, more than comfortable for 6 of us, and very well appointed. The jewel in the crown of this property has to be the outside area - the covered seating areas, a fantastic pool, a selection of fruit trees and a well appointed BBQ area! If you haven't visited this area before there is plenty on offer - fantastic beaches, archaeological sites, boat trips, plenty of activities (paragliding, sailing etc.), traditional villages, the weekly market... I could go on. If you need any assistance while you're here Farad's agent Mehmet and his wife are a fantastic help and will ensure that you thoroughly enjoy your stay. In summary, a lovely villa in a fantastic location which I can not recommend highly enough. | ||||||

| Message | A little late in reviewing but nevertheless we had a great time in Turkey. There were 7 of us staying at the villa and 2 came on a different flight but Farad made all the transfer arrangements which worked perfectly. The villa itself is at Calis Beach and out of the main town centre in a really nice quiet location. It was all (and more) that we expected, very clean with everything e needed for he holiday, a great pool (we often swam at 1am). We didn't eat dinner at the villa as there were superb restaurants in Calis Beach (Nils Bar was the best) all at a reasoable price and the food was excellent. We did have a bbq at the villa one evening which was great. Mehmet made sure everything was ok. We used a local taxi service operated by Mustapha and we used this all the time at vey reasonable cost. Also getting back from Calis Beach we used local taxis which were cheap. There is a Dolmus minibus which goes past the vila about every 15 minutes, this was incredibly cheap ad took us into Fethiye or the Kapa (Tesco) or we got dropped off and walked the last 15 mins to Calis Beach. The villa had the wow factor and I would hesitate recommending it to anyone. Farad takes the time to make sure that everything will be perfect, just tell him your requirements and leave the rest to him. This was our first time in Turkey and it won't be the last. Thanks to Farad and Kim for providing us with a great place to stay. | ||||||

The Shiraz villa is absolutely stunning!!!!set in beautiful gardens with a large pool that was a godsend in the very hot sunshine.....spotlessly clean and very well equipped we made good use of the water cooler.The villa is in a perfect location with views up to the mountains and only a short ride into Calis town which have some lovely bars and restaurants.Memet was great he picked us up from the airport and took us out for a couple of days for some sightseeing,nothing was to much trouble. Thankyou Farad and Kim for a fantastic holiday we will DEFINITELY come back again |

We visited Shiraz Villa for our second time this year, and wouldn't hesitate to return again. We have fallen in love with this Villa, as it offers so much;- space, privacy, location, beautiful pool, landscaped garden and all mod cons within. Much to our delight this year we also met the resident tortoise who hides in the cactus near the front door. Transport from the villa is so easy, the dolmus runs every 20 mins and only costs 2 lira to Fethiye, there is also a taxis call button just around the corner up the road from the villa and the taxis arrives within minutes. Things we enjoyed;- Tuesday market in Fethiye is a must, Paspatur / old town in Fethiye for shopping. Eating out;- Address bar on Fethiye harbour and the Megre restaurant in old town. And of course endless hours in the villa swimming pool! Farad and Kim's attention to detail in planning and organising their villa is first class, we would recommend this villa every time. Anyone planning a large family holiday or a first holiday abroad, you will find this easy and will very much enjoy.........! Thank you Farad and Kim |

| Message | We just got back from Farad and Kim's villa and we have to echo everything that has been said in all the other reviews. 10/10....!!!! Absolutely fantastic and like it was said before the photos do not do the villa justice, it surpassed all that we thought before arriving there! Farad is an absolute diamond and nothing was too much trouble. We made the point of meeting him before we went out and he is such a lovely man, so helpful and understanding. We had hired a car through Farad and this was waiting for us at Dalaman when we arrived with Burak patiently waiting with a lovely smile and personality. I managed to stupidly spend all the lira I had in my wallet on fuel to get to Fethiye not leaving myself the 3.50TL toll at the tunnel on the main road. Burak was kind enough to loan me 10TL and we were then on our way. We found Icksan patiently waiting for us at the villa, we actually passed him several times not knowing if he was our contact but it all came together in the end. The villa was opened for us and yes an absolute delight for the space and cleanliness of the property. The welcome pack was waiting with items necessary for a little sustenance which was very much appreciated. Although we arrived at the beginning of May the pool was filled and remained clean during our stay. We even ventured into it on several occasions braving the chillness of the water but it became warmer the longer we stayed into our holiday. The sun remains on the back pool area all day so there is no need to keep looking for sunshine. The patio area also has a covered area which is lovely when the sun gets too hot and for having brekfast sat out watching the herd of goats go by. Icksan arrived every morning to ensure everything was clean and tidy outside. There is wifi at the property but unfortunately wasn't working when we arrived. Not a problem...Farad arranged with his neighbour, Tony, to use his and bingo we were back in the world! I think we only saw one film while we were there as we were out all the time. The tv has satellite but most of the programs are in Turkish or from Arabia. There are a couple of film channels in English and the news, BBC/CNN/Bloomberg is presented in English too. Getting around isn't an issue. As I said we had a hire car but the Dolmus buses as mentioned before runs every 5 minutes past the villa and is only a couple of lira into town. We have been several times to Fethiye and know some good eating houses, namely Bella Mommas for evening meals and Georges for lunches in Calis. The Shanghai Blues Chinese on the main road do good food either eat in or takeaway.In Fethiye you can't beat Pasha's for good traditional Turkish or the Mulberry Tree for good English brekfast. We have been to the Sat in Calis several times as its the most beautiful restaurant with prime location out over sea in the bay. However on this occasion we were quite disappointed with the service as its just changed ownership so I hope it improves. The villa has nice little quirks like a water cooler which was great and a huge safe that even Ronnie Biggs would struggle with!! The two weeks inevitably passed quickly and we were back on our way to Dalaman where Burak was waiting to take the car from us. All in all it is a beautiful villa in a beautiful location and we cannot fault it. We used to stay in a shared complex of villas for the same price but not any more, now that we know what Farad and Kim's villa beholds.Thank you both for such a wonderful stay and the effort that has been made to make our stay so enjoyable. I would urge anyone to stay here you will certainly not regret it. | ||||||

Wow, this villa is delightful. This was our first visit to Turkey and loved every minute of it. The villa really helped make our holiday. The villa is spacious and offers good privacy to 2 or more couples sharing. The pool and surrounding area are very well maintained, and beautiful plants adorn the boarders. This garden has been so thoughtfully laid out, ensuring that the BBQ catches the very last bit of sun for the day, it also offers excellent privacy from other nearby villas. If you are looking at renting other villas in the Calis area, please don't look any further as they will be second best to this one. The location of the villa is in a nice quiet location, but by no means isolated. There is a taxi call point literally just 20 metres around the corner from the villa and a taxi will appear within 5 mins (NOT 20 mins!) and they will take up to 6 people at a reasonable cost. The Dolmus (bus) also stops right outside the villa and runs every 15mins and only costs 2 t. lira. Mehmet, the agent for the villa, speaks good English and is so patient and helpful. He organised a day trip and lunch to the deserted Greek village at a very reasonable cost. He gave us his undivided attention sharing all his local knowledge with us and it enabled us to see the real side of Turkey just as we wished and not the touristy side. This was a fantastic experience for my elderly mother, who didn't want a long day out on a coach. In all Farad and Kim's villa is modern, clean and very well equipped, and their carefully chosen agent Mehmet make a holiday go stress free. Thank you so much Farad and Kim, we definitely want to return next year. |
