Spotlessly clean and so well equipped. We love the luxury of the private pool and peaceful neighbourhood. Excellent location to restaurants, shops and parks. Linda is a fantastic host, so easy and pleasant to deal with and readily available with any questions. We have stayed in other villas in Kissimmee and none are of the standard of this one. Great location for Disney and lots of nice restaurants close by too. Owner Linda is fab, great communication from point or booking and checked in with us after arrival too. The location is perfect for access to all the parks, shops, restaurants & experiences in the local area. The villa itself is superbly equipped, beautifully clean & extremely spacious. A couple of years on and everything maintained to high standard - the fridge freezer had been replaced as an example. Communication with the owner was fantastic, from booking up and when we arrived, emailing me to check that we were happy with the villa and had no issues. Villa was spotlessly clean, very spacious and a great location to Disney, Universal and outlets. Hoping to stay here again next year. Very close to shops, restaurants and Disney. Hopefully it wont be too long before we are back again. Date  21-08-2017 Rating  Name  Patrick graydon Message  Just back from our first, but maybe not last :) , stay. The villa was clearly well looked after and loved. It was cleaned to a higher standard than many I have stayed in. The location was very good - being peaceful but very close to 192 and all the parks. We had one reason to call the management company during our stay (power cut blew cable box) and they responded very promptly having someone round the same evening. All of us had a great time. It is in a great location, close to the parks and shops etc.. The villa itself was more than we were expecting, well equipped and communication from the owners was great.
