Luxury 5 bedroom lakeside villa 10 minutes from Disney

The large family room overlooks the pool and beyond over the natural lake. It is furnished to the same high standard throughout. You will find comfortable sofas to relax in while watching our 55” Samsung LED/LCD HDTV Home Cinema with a good selection of DVD's and CD's. There is also a PlayStation 3 with a selection of Blu Ray Discs and games. This large room has patio doors leading to the pool and jacuzzi. The family room is overlooked by the open balcony and the high windows give added light. Large open plan lounge is an ideal room to relax and unwind in the evenings. Home Cinema. PC with Broadband access in loft area with Wi-Fi access.

The well appointed kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances you are likely to need - including a full size electric cooker - microwave - dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer with ice maker. Breakfast area - this café style breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen is bright and spacious and includes both a breakfast bar and a table with four chairs.

There is formal dining for six in this open plan dining area.

1st Master Bedroom - has a king size double bed and its own private and spacious en-suite bathroom. A 32" cable television is installed. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe. 2nd Master Bedroom - This second master suite is equipped with its own luxurious bathroom and a queen size bed. For your entertainment there is a 26" TV. 3rd Master Bedroom - This master suite is furnished to a high standard with a queen size bed and luxury bathroom. All bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space. For your entertainment this room is equipped with a 26" TV. 4th & 5th Bedrooms - These Disney themed bedrooms share a bathroom and are delightful twin rooms each equipped with a 22" TV and Playstation 2.

The pool is south/west facing onto a lake. We supply patio furniture and loungers for relaxation and enjoyment. Relax in the jacuzzi after a hard day at the theme parks.

A new fully air conditioned games room includes the following activities: 8’ Pool Table - Foosball - Electronic Darts - Air Hockey - CD Entertainment.
