Our villa is a spacious, one storey villa located in a peaceful, private gated community in Davenport. The entire community is built around a nature reserve and it is this view you will have from our private pool. Our villa is not overlooked by any other properties making its position a truly tranquil one.

Our villa has two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is a third bedroom and this has a bathroom nearby.This makes a comfortable sleeping arrangement for 6 guests as each bedroom boasts its own bathroom.

The property has air conditioning and there are ceiling fans throughout. The tranquil south facing pool also has a lanai, perfect for outside dining.

The open plan kitchen/diner and living room gives plenty of space and is all fully equipped, Fridge/Freezer; Dishwasher; Oven; Microwave; Kettle; Washing Machine & Tumble dryer. Free WiFi is available as are free calls to North America and Canada.

The south facing pool has an abundance of sunshine all day long and with no rear neighbours it provides guests with privacy to bathe and play. The large pool deck and lanai are all screened so you will have no uninvited guests. With the pool being south facing it is comfortable throughout the year. However, if you require pool heating during the cooler months please let us know and we can provide you with a costing for this.

We also have a local management company who can deal with any issues that may arise during your stay.

The process for checking in is quick and easy. We will supply you with a code nearer your departure date which will give access to the key.

This villa is within easy distance of not only all the theme parks this area has to offer but also golf courses with Champions Gate Golf Course being 4.3 miles away and Highland Reserve Golf Course 9.5 miles.
