This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in the popular gated community of The Abbey at West Haven, Davenport, Florida, just a 15 minute drive from theme parks, major attractions, restaurants and shopping.

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people. It is family friendly and very pleasantly furnished. There is a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite / cable tv, free internet and the property is heated and air conditioned throughout. The villa has recently been updated for this season. We have recently had a brand new games room installed comprising of pool table, air hockey and a foosball table.

With a private, fully enclosed, south facing swimming pool and deck, our guests can relax in private or choose to use the lovely outdoor community pool, club house, tennis courts and gym.

The villa is disabled friendly and wheelchair accessible with wide doorways. There is a walk in shower / wet room and removable hoist by the poolside.
The villa is also idea for golfing holidays with lots of great golf course with 10-15 minutes drive away.
