The apartment has a rear patio and grassed garden area for relaxing and enjoying the views. There are over 20 large communal swimming pools you can use with 2 just 50 and 100 meters away. There are many various communal children's play areas too. This is an excellent location for couples or families or keen golfers. The apartment includes: Air conditioning, free Internet access, English TV, Small BBQ, Tennis rackets and bats and balls for fun around the pool.On the complex there are plenty of facilities: Restaurants, bars, gym, hair and beauty salon, sweet shop, sports bar, supermarket.There are also many other sports to get involved in such as: Football, tennis, paddle tennis, a gym and much more. Offsite there are other urbanisations with even more choice of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes drive. For the more adventurous there is plenty to do in the area with water park and zoo, shopping complexes and beaches within 15 and 20 minutes drive.Longer term lets are available please ask me for a quote.PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU BOOK -in addition to the rental cost a 50 euro cleaning fee is payable locally on departure. This charge is usual for most apartments and I do not receive any of this. The keyholders are based on site and if required for a small fee they can help with welcoming you and ensuring that you are happy during your stay including welcome packs of food and drinks - Please ask for details. A refundable breakages deposit of £150 will be required for each booking.
