This is an original and large two bedroom duplex ground floor apartment.
The accommodation comprises:Master bedroom bedroom double bed and private south facing terrace.
Second bedroom has 2 single beds and an exctra single bed if required.
Modern bathroom with walk in shower and bidet.
American kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer , ample range of cups, glasses, crockery, and cutlery.
The living- dining room has 2 double bed settees, with a single pull out bed availabloe too, coffee table, Smart TV, DVD, CD player, table and chairs. Patio doors lead onto the blarge terraces which enjoys prime oolside location.

The complex itself is extremely peaceful. Step outside and you are right in the hustle and bustle of a thriving resort with dozens pubs, restaurants and shops.

There are many local attractions within a minute or two, restaurants and nightlife. 5 minutes taxi from Tenerifé 's new Siam Park. Just a 5 minute walk from Fanabé Beach and 5 minutes stroll from the new Commercial Center Gran Sur, with large supermarket, Shops, restaurants and Cinemas and even a MacDonald's restaurant!

The complex resembles a Spanish-style pueblo, a low-level complex and many apartments with gardens and beautiful plants including palms, bougainvillea's and tropical plants. There are 5 pools including children's pool and cascades and waterfalls flowing throughout the complex.

The bed arrangement can be varied to suit your needs.
