The flat was completely converted and restored in 2015 and has an area of 668 sq.ft. Entrance and all rooms are on ground floor and barrier-free. We are offering space for your pram or buggy in the hall. Furniture is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with baking oven, ceramic hob, fridge including freezer, microwave, water boiler, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. For entertainment and comfort the apartment has a 39" Full HD LED-TV with satellite reception, Blueray-Player, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and alarm clock radio. In the spacious bathroom there is a shower at ground level and a tub. As special extras the flat has got a walk-in closet and a sauna. Visit the shore and feel free to use our row boat at our own pier. Enjoy your diner or bbq in the garden. Bed linen, towels, dish towels and bicycles are free of charge, as well as a free car park. There are no carpets in the apartment, therefore it is suitable for those people suffering from allergies. For this reason we kindly ask for your understanding that we can not allow smoking and pets in the house.
