The villa is located in the quiet residential area of the popular village of Santa Barbara de Nexe within walking distance (10 min.) from all the amenities and main services, ideally located close to shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, postal office, pharmacy and medical center. Within easy driving distance, you can reach a choice of golden sandy beaches (20 min.), the exclusive golf courses at Vale de Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Vila Sol and Vilamoura (15-20 min.), the market town of Loule (10 min.) and the Faro airport (15 min.).

The property has an attractive south facing private pool terrace, partially roofed, with nice sea and country views. You can enjoy a private lighted swimming pool, regularly maintained, with a gradient of 1 to 2.5 meters. The terrace is equipped with upscale outdoor furniture, sun loungers and sunshades. A lovely mature and manicured garden gives a high degree of privacy. Other outside features are irrigation system, automatic gates, a private car port for 2 cars and tarmac access. Besides conveniences in the dining and living room like satellite TV, WLAN and a wood-burning fireplace, high quality finishes throughout the villa include natural stone floors with underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, double glazing and mosquito nets. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, satellite TV, en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower, fitted wardrobes and Grohe taps. The master bedroom has doors to the terrace in the back garden.
