Cosy large 1 bedroom apartment with south east facing balcony, situated in Albufeira Town between the Old and New, both are minutes away by foot. Located on the flat and not at the top of a hill. 10 mins walk to Albufeira beaches, all major supermarkets and restaurants close by. This apartment offers a very economical family holiday plus the benefit of all mod cons contained within it and all the things you would have at home, Sky TV ( bbc itv channel 4 etc ) stereos etc!
First floor apartment, so only one flight of stairs! Has south east facing balcony! Shared Condominium Pool (summer use) has sunbeds for sole use of apartment clients.
30 minutes drive from Faro airport! Car hire not needed, all amenities walkable! Owner provides pick up if needed from Faro Airport for a small fee, you are taken straight to the apartment with keys!
Notes on prices
Prices are inclusive of energy costs except for long winter lets! Special winter lets are available for lets more than 6 weeks between November and March for £110 per week incl free WI FI, electric and water for long winter lets is charged at cost, meters read on arrival & departure. Mobile aircon unit optional for bedroom at £30 per week Prices are based on up to 4 persons, each person over 4 charged a supplement of £25 per week. Euros can also be accepted at current conversion rates.
Booking notes
40% non refundable deposit on reservation, (will accept smaller deposit if reserve is for long time ahead) 60% 2 months before arrival ( non-refundable)! Will hold for 48 hours before deposit of monies, to give time for flight booking!
Changeover day
Totally flexible, will accept, 7, 8, 9 day holiday periods! Check in 1400 at latest and check out is 1100 at earliest, We do try to check in on arrival and check out as late as possible, if We are able.
