Our 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Sant Mateu, a small beautiful town, which is the capital of the Maestrat region. Sant Mateu has a lovely main square, the plaza Mayor, where there are numerous small bars and restaurants. We are surrounded by amazing countryside,
hermitages,millennial trees, fresh water springs and fountains, magnificent water wheels, sites that can be seen on many agreeable excursions either by foot, car or bike. Sant Mateu has a large outdoor swimming pool available from June to September.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a beautifully renovated old mansion house. It is accessible by lift or stairs. It has 2 outside terraces, both with outside seating and dinning areas and both with fantastic views of the countryside and town. There is also a communal pool for the apartments along with a communal sitting area.
