Having two separate entrances, this property is ideal for either a large group of people or for two groups of people who require privacy at times. There are three levels with a bathroom on each.


Outside

There is a private swimming pool with wide walk-in steps at one end and reaching 6ft depth at the other. The pool can be accessed either by steps down from the middle level of the property or by steps down from one of the garden gates. There are plenty of recliners, tables and chairs within the garden area and a variety of palm and fruit trees. There is also a brick-built barbecue with a seating area which overlooks the swimming pool.

As well as on-street parking, there is a private driveway.

There are two living rooms. Each has satellite TV (with separate receivers) with a large range of channels There is also a music system for CDs, radio and DVD player
