TOWN HOUSE IN LOVELY WHITE VILLAGE

Arcos de la Frontera is the gateway to the white villages of Andalucía and is 30 minutes drive from Jerez de la Frontera which is famous for production of sherry and the dancing Andaluz horses. The house is new and in a terraced street close to the lake in Arcos. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a study - lounge diner both with air conditioning and heating, tv and dvd player, fully fitted kitchen with elec oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 ring elec hob/extractor, door to the rear patio were the washing machine is under cover. The 2nd floor has the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower cubicle, electric radiator for drying towels, bidet, wc and washbasin. The main bathroom has a bath with shower, electric radiator, bidet, wc and washbasin. Two more bedrooms have single beds. The 3 bedrooms all have air conditioners/heaters. There is a patio at the front of the house with room to park a small car and there is a reserved parking space on the street.
Arcos has many good bars and restaurants to try and is well located for travelling to the beach, the hills and small villages scattered around the area and Seville is only an hours drive. Jerez airport is 30 minutes away and has some flights direct from the UK
