Overview
Our lovely 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 and is fully furnished and equipped for self catering. It is set in the popular Costamarina complex in Cabo Roig and is close to all amenities, shops and the popular Cabo Roig Strip.
When you first enter the complex you are greeted by the superb swimming pool and sun terrace area which is ideal for sunbathing or taking a siesta in the afternoon.

With 24 hour security CCTV, comfortable residents lounge, underground and street level parking, lifts to all floors, adjoining cafe/bar (Bar Med) if you feel like a snack or drink, and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The apartment will suit young and old alike.
Whether you prefer sun filled holidays at the beach or beside the pool, or playing golf on one of the many nearby courses, this apartment is ideally suited for your holiday.
A 24 hour Medical Centre is situated within 100 metres of the complex.

Our apartment is exceptionally spacious and has been furnished to a good standard. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs with matching furniture in the lounge. There are 2 sofas both seating 2 people, and other furnishing includes a dining room table and chairs,coffee table, occasional table.
A TV and DVD player are provided, but there is no UK TV service available.
From the lounge, sliding doors lead out onto the sun terrace where a table and chairs provide the perfect vantage point to enjoy the view of the communal pool, have breakfast in the morning, and dinner and drinks late into the evening.
Back inside, the gallery kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob. All the necessary equipment required for a full self catering stay.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps . There are also patio doors that leads out onto the balcony. There are also 2 twin bedrooms giving plenty of room for 6 guests.
The fully tilled bathroom has bath and overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin.
All the necessary bedding is provided together with bath and hand towels (but not beach towels). This is strictly a “no smoking” apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.
The apartment benefits from air-conditioning (in the master bedroom and lounge only) at no extra cost.
