We are only a short walk from the famous Burriana Beach, and the vibrant centre of Nerja
Our home is ideal for couples of any age, or a small family. This one bedroom villa can sleep up to four people.
It is furnished in a modern Spanish style, and comprises a spacious bedroom with a fitted mirror wardrobe and double bed, a fully tiled shower/bathroom, fitted kitchen which includes oven & hob, microwave, washing machine and ample storage space, and a lounge/dining room with table and four chairs, armchair, sofa/bed, cupboards and tables plus TV and DVD player with cable provision.
The lounge leads via French doors to a private sun terrace with built in barbecue, table and relaxing chairs with cushions, parasol, and a beautiful sea view to admire from breakfast to sun downers.
Ample parking is a few steps away, as is the garden pool with magnificent views to the Alpijara mountains with the majestic Cielo peak.
