Fully Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, games room, TVs in all bedrooms and PS2 are all available for you to enjoy. . In addition, WiFi Internet Access, Gas Barbeque and baby equipment is provided with our compliments. Just minutes from Disney and all major Orlando attractions.
Our luxury, five bedroom, fully air conditioned. The villa is located at the exclusive location of Highlands Reserve. It is fully-equipped and ideally located. Disney Golf Vacation Villas don't come any better. Situated only 25 minutes from Orlando Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford Airport, Highlands Reserve is just off of Highway 27.
The 18 hole golf course is set within a conservation area and offers a challenging game to golfers of all levels. This villa offers you the opportunity to indulge in the luxury, peace, and privacy of your "home away from home," close to all attractions and amenities that Orlando has to offer.
Built and furnished to the highest standards, the villa's floor plan with its high ceilings, numerous ceiling fans, quality decor, and sense of spaciousness make this a very welcoming home. We have everything you need to ensure that your stay with us will be "a holiday to remember."
The view onto the golf course backing onto the pool area is magnificent. Enjoy a swim in the private pool or just relax in a comfortable chair by the pool. The large deck enjoys the benefits of comfortable sun beds and outdoor dining chairs and table for 'alfresco' dining. We have provided a Gas BBQ – if you run out of gas, it can be replaced cheaply enough at the local Publix gas station. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from October to March).
Besides all the attractions of Disney, there are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity. There are also tennis courts, children's playground, and communal pool on sight.
High speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa & pool deck. All rentals are inclusive of linen, electricity, water and local sales taxes but exclude optional winter pool heating which must be requested at the time of booking. There is an additional charge and this must be paid for within the final balance. (even with pool heat the temperature of pool cannot be guaranteed during cold weather).
