Terracoes de Benagil is a small quality complex of 49 townhouses situated on the cliff top between the beaches of Benagil and Carvalho. Access to the complex is through the charming old fishing village of Benagil which is at 5km distance from the buzzing seaside town of Carvoeira. The complex swimming pool is in a beautiful position right on the cliff top overlooking the ocean.

Casa dos Pineiros is on a quiet cul-de-cac at the back of the complex with uninterrupted views from the roof terrace of the pines across to the Rocha Brava development. In the opposite direction you can see across the sea and cliffs to Armacao de Pera in the distance.

A gated entrance gives access to the property through the small terrace with table and chairs. The house itself has a large lounge/dining room with separate fully-fitted kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with W.C. and a separate storage room. On the first floor there are two good-sized double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and a bathroom with full-sized bath, bidet, etc. The twin-bedded room has its own private terrace with table and chairs.
