A three storey villa in a complex of 10 villas. The villa includes a large fully equipped kitchen comprising; fridge/freezer, hob and oven and dishwasher, microwave etc. Two large double bedrooms, two bathroom/wet rooms and a twin bedroom on the second floor. The third floor comprises one large bedroom, a third bathroom/shower room and a large veranda with seating area. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on windows. On the ground floor there is a downstairs toilet and a utility room with washing machine. In the large comfortable lounge/diner there is a television, DVD and Stereo player. The three piece suite converts into a comfortable double bed settee. The patio doors lead out onto to a large covered terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue which overlooks the very large shared pool (20 x 15m) and lovely landscaped gardens.

The local beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. There is a Waterpark and tennis courts 150m from the Villa and you can catch a ‘water taxi’ from Calis beach to Fethiye Bay, which is extremely cheap and very enjoyable. Dolmus buses stop outside the villa which will take you into Fethiye Bay. Private excusions/boat trips can be arranged locally (excellent value)
