Our beautifully situated, first-line (the best location in the complex!), south-facing, extremely spacious (200sq.m.) and light corner-apartment, 'Madrono', has 3 terraces, with sun-loungers and dining table, overlooking the extensive sub-tropical gardens and main pool (always check the actual view of any apartment here in El Presidente!); close direct access to our own beach, children's playground and beach bar/restaurants; five pools, one heated for most of the winter; free tennis and paddle courts, golf practice area, football pitch and basketball court with children's activities in the summer; short walking distance to shops and numerous excellent restaurants; close to 30+ golf courses, many family activities and the Puerto Banus nightlife, for an ideal combination of peaceful relaxation and family leisure in one of the best complexes close to Puerto Banus. It has been our second home and therefore benefits from immaculate decorations and furnishings, with all the comforts of 'home' available to our guests. Free broadband internet access is available. We also have ground floor, 1 & 3 bedroom apartments available from 400� pw.

El Presidente, where we also live, is a wonderful beach-side complex situated on the original Marbella 'Golden Mile' and generally regarded as one of the best complexes on the coast.

We are ideally located away from the turmoil of Puerto Banus and yet it is just an easy five-minute drive along the coast road that separates us. Indeed it would be impossible to find a more spacious and luxurious complex at this price anywhere along the coast and certainly not in Puerto Banus or Marbella where they are much more compactly built.
We are also ideally placed to access the numerous nearby leisure and sporting facilities and to visit the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona, and the inland towns of Ronda, Casares and Benahavis (just ten minutes away and with excellent restaurants!) as well as the wonderful cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba.

Our wonderful 200 sq.m marble-floored apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout creating a luxurious, cosy and homely atmosphere. It has a very spacious and comfortable lounge-diner, with 2 new sofas, 6-seater dining-table, fireplace, 42 inch LCD satellite television with 20 english language channels plus spanish, french, german, russian and flemish channels, video, dvd and mini hi-fi. It opens via french-windows onto a large south-facing balcony with 2 loungers and 4-seater dining-table that overlooks the beautiful and extensive (and very green!) gardens and main swimming pool. The en-suite master-bedroom has a comfortable and new super king-size bed and its own 32" television, balcony and lovely views. The 2nd-bedroom, with three new single beds (two of which can be zipped together to make a second super king-size bed), has an adjacent bathroom and also has a balcony with views of the rear swimming pool and gardens plus a 32" television. Both bathrooms are brand new and have a large walk-in shower and full size bath and shower. The new and very large kitchen is extremely well-equipped and fully-fitted. Our apartment's corner location enables each room to have natural daylight and ventilation. Cot and baby facilities are available.

Rental notes

The quoted rates are based on a maximum occupancy of four people. There would be an additional charge of 70€ per week for a fifth person staying in the apartment. A discount is available for extended stays outside of the high season. Included in the rate is the first 40 euros of electricity per week which for 99% of our visitors is more than sufficient! There is a supplementary charge of 50 euros for night-time arrivals after 01.00.
