A very large Villa split across 2 apartments, the owners occupy one, the other is used as a holiday let, this boasts lots of space both internally and externally and priced sensibly to attract all nationalities of holiday makers.

Quiet tranquil location but within 5 minute drive to either Moraira or El Portet beaches on the Costa Blanca, El Portet is about a 20 minute walk downhill.

Fantastic outside space with large pool (shared with owners/can be sole use on request), summerhouse, numerous terraces and BBQ terrace.
South west orientation, normally around 10 hours of sun to the pool and pool terrace.

Suitable for families with children or perhaps couples who want to holiday together with friends but also require their own space.
A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Most airlines fly into Alicante or Valencia. Alicante is approx. 1 hour drive and Valencia is approx. 1 hour 10 minutes drive.
Please note* Although both El Portet and Moraira are easily within walking distance in 20-30 minutes, a car is recommended if you want to explore the mountains and places further afield.
