A luxurious modern spacious 1st floor apartment just 300 yards from the beach, in the central old historic part of the village, with balcony and your own seperate roof terrace area for sunbathing if you do not want to bother going to the beach with stunning views over the village, to the sea and mountains. The apartment is equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences to very comfortably accommodate four people. The apartment block has passenger lift, a vehicle lift to UNDERGROUND OFF ROAD SECURE PARKING, and is just a short walk from the beach and all local amenities including a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

There are a wide range of activities available in the area including watersports, riding and walking in beautiful natural parks, the Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada. The beach area and village has a good selection of children's play areas as well. An ideal area for a relaxing holiday.

There are a good range of shops, banks, chemist, dentist and health centre, daily fresh food market, bakery, bars and restaurants, all within easy walking distance in the village. The beach, with a wide range of watersports, is just 300 yards away (5 / 6 minutes walk). Good diving facilities are also available from the beach - this is a popular and extremely good diving area. Golf is available either at Salobrena, 15 minutes drive or at Baviara Golf, 25 minutes drive.

We are 15 minutes from Nerja, and 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Almunecar with its castle, roman ruins, winding streets and the popular Friday market. There is a large everyday market for fresh food and a lovely combination of traditional Spanish local bars (incredible tapas and value for money) and more modern resort attractions. The very picturesque Marina del Este is very close by.
