If your holiday needs to be cancelled, please let me know as soon as possible.
I will enlist the booking, and providing that I get a replacement booking, I will return your deposit, less advertisement expenses/handling fees, however cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Guests are reminded that on the day of check-in, they will not be able to enter the apartment until after 2:00pm, and must vacate the apartment before 11:00am on the day of check-out, unless otherwise requested.

Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival.
