Four Seasons 5* luxury gated complex

Our apartment is located in a 5* luxury gated complex in the Turkish village of Ilica, which is 2km from the lively resort of Kumkoy and 7km from the ancient harbour town of Side. There is a free shuttle bus which will bring you to Kumkoy, Side, Manavgat and Migros Supermarket.

The fantastic range of on-site facilities includes 2 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool, gym, sauna, children's play area, tennis court, table tennis, ampi-theatre used for cinema in the evenings. There is a pool bar which provides snacks and an excellent restaurant with a full a la carte menu. During the summer months, there is a BBQ every other week.

There are several restaurants and bars in Kumkoy. Our recommendations are in a folder in the apartment. Most restaurants will drive you back to Four Seasons after your evening meal.

The bar staff on the complex all speak good English and are very friendly. They will assist you with any queries about the site, the neighbourhood or Day trips.

There are 8 international golf courses within a 30 minute drive from the apartment. There is a full set of golf clubs in the apartment for our renter's use.

Linen & towels are available, but please bring your own beach towels.

The 3 seater sofa bed is suitable for 2 children, but I wouldn't recommend it for 2 adults.

Travel time from Antalya Airport is approx 45 minutes. Transfers are available by the management company. Please ask for further details when booking.
