The villa has been tastefully furnished. It has central heating, air conditioned (hot-cold) in the lounge and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus in the lounge.

EXTERIOR
The plot is completely flat. The pool has an irregular shape, it has a long seat inside and roman steps. Large open terrace around the pool with 6 sun loungers and barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. Electric gate.

The upmarket Urbanization benefits of street lighting, well looked after streets, and also a tennis court (within walking distance from the villa).

Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces.

PRICE LIST
The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.

BOOKINGS

SATURDAY TO SATURDAY in the peak season and flexible the rest of the year. The villa is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Easter, supplement of 100 �

Mid term linen change on bookings of 2 or more weeks.

In medium and high season (June to September) the arrival and departure day is on a Saturday.

PAYMENT
30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refundable security bond of 200 �.
