This is one of the top neighborhoods in New York City. Very safe, day and night, trendy, and one block from the subway, buses, taxis, 24/7 shops outside your door. Hotels in the area will be half the size and double the price with less amenities!!!! In the immediate area you will find everything and anything you need. I live blocks away so if you need something you can call me for assistance - I am your concierge to the city. No smoking inside the apartment, no parties. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
