There is a compulsory 100 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable at key handover to the agent. The keys will not be released without payment.

We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request.

For booking there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement. Should booking be canceled within the 4 weeks the deposit is non refundable.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace outside only.
