The resort at Condado De Alhama includes a bar/restaurant, supermarket, sports facilities including tennis, squash and basketball and one of the best golf courses in Spain, the Par 72 Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. The apartment is ideally located and the Al Kazar Commercial Centre is approximately a 10 minute walk where golf buggies and equipment can also be hired.
With first class road links, Condado De Alhama is easily reached by the two main airports Alicante and San Javier. Approximately 5 mintues drive from Condado De Alhama is the Urbanización Camposol Golf where you can find more restaurants and bars. Puerto De Mazarrón, the main coastal resort, is only a 15 minute drive away where you can find many unspoilt beaches, restaurants from all over the world, beach and water activities including jet ski´s, boat trips and diving.

Bedroom 2 with two twin beds, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobes.
Bathrooms: Family bathroom with bath, shower over, bidet, basin and WC.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dish washer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
Dining Room: Dining room table and 4 chairs.
Living Room: Front lounge with high quality furniture, leather sofa and chair, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Cable TV including popular British Channels - BBC, ITV etc and patio doors leading to large front patio overlooking the private gardens.
Cleaning/towels/linen/: All bed linen & bath towels are included. The property will be cleaned for your arrival. We ask that at the end of your stay all dirty linen is left in the bath & rubbish removed. There is a €52 cleaning fee payable on arrival.
