Orlando Villa - Tropical Splendor

Our villa is located on on Sunset Ridge which is a gated community, only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts. The villa is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive villa that has air conditioning in every room. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment. The villa also features a centrally monitored home security system.

Upon entering the villa you will see the living room area which is furnished to a very high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. There is a seperate dining area to the side of the living room allowing you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arrive.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. The kitchen also has a separate dining area. The kitchen is open plan with ample cooking space. There is also a utility room next to the the kitchen area that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.

The family room features Cable TV with access to over 70 channels,internet,a DVD player & a Hi-Fi system and again is decorated to a high standard with a relaxing layout for your entire family enjoy.

The Master Bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It features a King sized bed with a en-suite bathroom, Cable TV with access to over 70 channels and a DVD player. The other bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a full sized bed. The 3rd bedroom features twin beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have access to a shared bathroom and both have Cable TV with access to over 70 channels.

Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from our private pool. The pool also has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. One of the most appealing features of our villa is that there are no rear facing neighbors, so you can be assured of a quiet and relaxing dip in the pool at anytime of the day.

All rates are for the entire villa, regardless of occupancy (maximum occupancy 8). Our home is professionally cleaned & prepared after each guest.

Pool heating is available as an optional extra at 30USD per day. There is a 3 day minimum.

The villa is available for a daily rental with a Minimum 4 day 3 night stay, a cleaning fee is required of 85.00 US Dollars. This cleaning fee applies only to 4 day 3 night stays.

We are happy to accept Personal Bank Check for this rental.
