In the upper living room there is a dining table with a kitchen, stove,coffee machine, plate whashing machine,oven, where they can have dinner 6-8 people. We also provide service every 2nd day.

The house is situated 900m from the most popular village, called "Finikas", where someone can find almost everything, Supermarkets, Bakeries, Pharmacy, Rent Cars, Bus stop, Fish Taverns, Restaurants, etc. etc. etc.

Our house is a newly built in 14.000 Sqm land in the most exclusive area in Syros called "Kokkina". There is a sandy beach 300m from us and also private beach in front of us.

We are 13km from the city of Ermoupoli and 6km from the Airport.

The security for the house is 2000€ and the 50% deposit.
