Our is a Executive plus villa, the villa is situated just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney and conveniently located for all the other major theme parks and close to numerous championship golf courses. Outside in the extended pool area is the heated pool, spa and shower. The villa has FREE unlimited international calls, and computer with internet. Our luxury villa decorated to a very high standard, and has been equipped with all the household items to make your holiday a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Our luxuries pool/spa deck overlooks a grass area with 3 sun loungers and has a large patio table with 4 chairs and 2 foot stools. The pool/spa area has a large lanai with a hedge either side for privacy. The extended pool/spa deck area enjoys full sun. The large patio and table area has a light and ceiling fan, this area is nicely shade. A removable fence is fitted around the pool for the safety of small children. The pool deck is accessible from the lounge and master bedroom, Also there is a tennis court and a children’s play area on Highgate Park, moments walk away.

Bathrooms: Very large en-suite bathroom to master bedroom. Large walk-in shower and separate bath, his/hers sinks, separate wc.
Front bedroom and bedroom 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower, bath, sink and wc. Bathroom 2 with bath and shower, sink and wc.
Kitchen: Our open-plan kitchen provides a spacious and relaxed atmosphere for even the busiest of mealtimes!
Our kitchen and dining area are well equipped with the latest appliances allowing full self-catering facilities, overlooking pool area and lanai.
Utility Room: Washer and dryer along side each other. Ironing board, iron, washing basket, hoover, brush, dustpan.
Living Rooms: Beautiful great family room, with 47' LCD HD TV with over 250 channels/100 HD, DVD Player, large comfy leather sofa suite with coffee table and side tables. Patio doors lead out to the swimming pool area.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The villa will have been cleaned throughout before your arrival and all bed linen and towels are provided for the villa and the pool. Hairdryers in each bedroom. Site refuse collection takes place twice weekly.
