A luxurious flat on the 2nd floor served by a lift. It can accommodate maximum of 8 PEOPLE. Please note how this is manageable: There are 2 double beds in 2 of the bedrooms - however in the lounge there is a sofa that converts to a double bed and there are 2 comfortable chairs that converts to 2 single beds.

The flat is located literally about 500 meters from Hyde Park (5mins walk down the road) It is in a modern building and is very spacious, beautifully bright. The lounge has a lovely open outlook and short walk to restaurants and shops. Whitley's shopping centre/ cinema near by as is Oxford Street. There is also an Ice Rink and Swimming baths near by. The flat has:

• Two double bedrooms: Mater bedroom: large with a four-poster bed and ensuite basin, plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Bedroom 2: smaller has wardrobe and dresser
• Large Lounge with a dining table
• 40 inch all TV
• Family bathroom
• Fitted, thin gally kitchen: Fully functional with all crockery, cutlery pots and pans,
dishwasher etc.
• Bright west facing reception room with large windows
• Gas/Central heating

• Can sleep 8 people as settee convert to a bed.
• High ceiling with spot lights
• Suit executives/ professionals, visitors and holiday-makers (also families-though the price will differ slightly depending numbers).
• Beddings, towels etc provided
• £200 deposit, which is held against breakages and the total amount is returnable when you leave.
• Note: Strictly NO SMOKING in the flat or the building. Smoking only outside.

Lancaster Gate/ Bayswater is a leafy residential area of Central London next to the greenery of Hyde Park, with famous London areas of Bayswater, Marble Arch, Kensington Palace and gardens, Notting Hill Gate etc a walk away. If you stroll across the park and you arrive at the Royal Albert Hall and Knightsbridge. Bayswater provides ample opportunity for shopping or just lazing about in the eateries and traditional pubs. It is an affluent area with some very famous neighbours from the film and fashion industries. The area has many smart mansion blocks built in and around the 19th Century. It is well served by transport links, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater, Queensway, Marble Arch, Paddington, Westbourne Grove tube stations and numerous buses including a shuttle to Heathrow airport. All parts of London are easily accessible. Paddington – Oxford Circus and Piccadilly in less than 15 minutes. ‘Little Venice’ canal and Mayfair are not far away. You can also hop on the canal boat from Paddington basin and leisurely ride to Camden Town, taking in the breathtaking views of the heart of London from a different angle.

Travel Advice: Buy 'The London Pass with Travel' or an Oyster card FOR ZONE 1&2 ONLY (Pay for the extra zone to come in and out of the airport separately) . It is much cheaper to do this. Consider either option, which ever is cheaper for you) as soon as you land from any tube/train station.

Car: Best not bring a car to London as it is difficult to find parking and is expensive for parking and payment of the Congestion Zone (Google this to know more about it). Best to leave the car on the outskirt of the city and travel in.

TO BOOK: A deposit of £300 is necessary to hold the flat (Paid via Paypal using my email or a bank transfer after the booking has been completed on this website). Paypal is a worldwide secure payment system used by businesses and travellers and protects the purchaser (Read information on their website). If you do not have a Paypal account, please log on to their website and read/open an account. It is very easy -just follow their instructions. My email is used to send the funds via Paypal (MAKE SURE YOU SEND IT VIA 'SERVICES' OTHERWISE PAYPAL CHARGES A FEE WHICH I HAVE TO PASS ON TO YOU). (Alternatively you can also do this via a bank transfer). The deposit is held in the event of any damages or breakages, which is returned to you via the same method 24 hours after you leave when things have been checked. The rental amount can be paid via Paypal, bank transfer or in cash on arrival and being handed the key.
