This tranquil private villa has a pool for the exclusive use of guests and it is not over-looked.

The discerning guest wishing to relax can 'do their own thing' in complete privacy here. There are 100s of restaurants in Javea and a 3-course meal with wine costs from €8.95 (£8 approx.). With these prices, is it worth cooking ?

We have a HEATED POOL for your EXCLUSIVE use. Our pool is only 0.8 m. at the shallow end making iot good for children whereas some pools are 1.8 m. deep at the SHALLOW end!

The Guests' Suite has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room & 1 twin bedroom with bathroom opposite. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and we have a spare single bed so that we have accomodated 7 persons but prefer to accept FIVE only.

It is very well equipped and has SAT TV with BBC/ITV, DVD & CD player plus an 'all-electric 'kitchen so that there are no gas bottles to run out whilst you are cooking! Have you noticed that they never run out when you are not using them !!

FREE WiFi Internet covers the villa.

INSURANCE. We may be in residence above, but you will neither see us nor hear us, unless YOU wish to do so! It is re-assuring to know that when you have a problem, someone may be on hand to solve it. Medical help is available FAST when you need it! We are members of a Private Ambulance Service which holds a map of where we are located so that in the unliklely event that you require urgent medical treatment, you/we can call this service to take you to hospital. This is just one of the 'little extras' avilable to our Guests. Guests have been involved in a car accident, car broken down or broken-into or a doctor is required. We are here to help with Spanish Authorities.

Steps may make this villa un-suitable for an invalid.

LONG LET RATE is €420 for 2 persons. Add €100 p.p.p.w. over 2. Minimum 2 months during 1 Oct. 2017/18 to 31 March 2018/19.
For reservation made MORE than 2 months in advance, 20% non-returnable deposit is required. For less than 2 months, payment IN FULL is required.Rate includes all services and central heating so with our FREE WiFi system, you can work from 'home' in "Finca Inca", Javea, during your Winter!
