Two bedroom penthouse apartment with views of the sea

This is a beautiful penthouse on Selwo Hills No 2, from the main terrace there are views of the mediteranean sea to the south and mountain views to the East. The smaller, north facing terrace, has views of the tropical gardens and swimming pool. This apartment has 3 terraces so that you can chase (or avoid) the sun all day.

The complex boasts a swimming pool, sauna and gym for use by owners and visitors. There is a paved area around the pool with sunbeds. There are also 2 sun beds on the terrace of the apartment if you prefer to be more private.

The apartment is well equiped, there is a large flat screen LCD TV receiving English programmes in the sitting room, together with a large corner suite for your comfort.

The kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster etc.

There is a utility/drying room equipped with a washing machine.

The largest of the two bedrooms has a double bed with a door out to one of the terraces and has an en-suite bathroom with 2 showers, bath, 2 wash basins with vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has two beds and there is another bathroom accessed from the hallway, with walk-in shower.

The apartment has integral heating and cooling and there are also fans if you prefer. There is one parking space in a secure underground parking area.

If you prefer not to drive, we can arrange transfers from the airports at either Malaga or Gibraltar.
