The Villa:


3000 square feet of fully air-conditioned luxury with its 2 master and 3 double bedrooms each equipped with a TV set is ideal for two families to share.

Ground floor comprises of a large family room beautifully furnished with 3 large leather sofas and a TV. Dining area equipped with gorgeous table is directly adjacent to beautifully furnished formal living room.

This Villa has a very well equipped large kitchen where you will find everything you need from a coffee maker , pots and pans to large appliances consisting of stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size side by side refrigerator.

There is a breakfast area with seating for eight adjoining the kitchen.

Master bedroom 1 is also located on the ground floor as well as laundry room with full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Thru the sliding glass door you will enter large fully screened pool area. After a relaxing swim in heated pool you can find refuge from heat in a covered Lanai where you will find a table and comfortable patio chairs.
