Cortijo Ladera Studio/Apartment

Newly refurbished private apartment nestling in a valley among the olive groves ideal for a couple. The original beams have been kept throughout to maintain the rustic Spanish charm.

The front door opens into a passage that runs the length of the apartment and at one end we have the bedroom with double bed and bedside units with two-way lighting, chest of drawers where you will find a hair dryer. Hanging space and an air conditioning unit. The window overlooks a front courtyard. All linen is provided.

Next is the bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Towels are provided.

Then we have the fully equipped kitchen with 5 gas ring cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine. A washing line is available in the pool area. Iron and ironing board, utensils, saucepans - everything you could want.

Lastly we have the sitting room with an air conditioning unit that overlooks the terrace and pool area. There is a double sofabed so an extra person can be accommodated, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, satellite FreeSat TV, a built-in video plus tapes, books and a various selection of games.

Directly outside the apartment is a parking space solely for our guests use with a large lockable metal gate leading onto the pool terrace. There is a gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining and for shade, a gas BBQ, sunloungers and a 6 x 3.5 pool to cool off in plus a shower. We appreciate the privacy of our clients and only come into the pool area for pool maintenance. Pool towels are provided.
