This spacious and comfortable detached villa is in a perfect location for couples or couples with young children.

The romantic setting is located in a quiet picturesque area between pine clad mountains to the rear and views of the stunning turquoise Aegean Sea to the front. The warm Aegean sea and beaches are only a 300 yard walk from the end of the street making it suitable for an early morning swim or a leisurely walk along the beach. The surrounding area to the beach and village center is flat for easy walking.

Enjoy the stunning panoramic views from the large roof terrace which also has a BBQ area, great for enjoying those warm sunny evenings.

All bedrooms have access to a balcony where you can sit and have your early morning cup of tea or nightcap before retiring for the evening. The outdoor breakfast/lounge area (with direct access from the kitchen) is perfect for long lazy lunches while the children play in the enclosed gardens.

There are nearby swimming pools for use within a few hundred yards.

CHANGEOVER DAY

Changeover day is normally a Monday but is flexible dependent on other bookings and their arrival departure dates.

The villa will normally be available from 6pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 12 midday on your departure date. This is flexible at no extra cost if other guests are not arriving / departing on the same day.
