For bird watching go to Koycegiz Lake and for Thermal Spas, to Sultaniye. An organized 3 hour day trip to Bodrum is worth the effort for visiting Bedouin tents in the desert by camel ride in order to experience Turkish speciality cuisine and entertainment. Also available locally are horse riding, sailing, fishing, diving, river rafting and paragliding!
