Despite its private and tranquil location, Casa de Almendras is only a 10 minute drive from the lovely beach resort of Ca’n Picafort, with its many and varied shops and its sweeping sandy beach lined with bars and restaurants. The villa is also only a short drive away from other popular destinations in the delightful North East of Mallorca such as Alcudia, Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicente.

Indoors, the Villa comprises a fully equipped, luxury kitchen (with separate laundry room), superb dining room and spacious living room, with a double bedroom and bathroom also on the ground floor.
