PUEBLA NATURA

A complete and attractive flat located on the beach of the Puebla de Farnals, in the neighbourhood called Sand-Park. It is on the 11th floor of a large building with lift. The complex has several swimming pools and sports facilities.

The flat has attractive views of the protected marshland, typical of the Valencian coast near sand dunes and beach. The beach is about 200 m from the building, and one can choose either the natural beach near the dunes, or other parts of the same coast which can be reached by means of the beach walkway. There is also a small leisure port near the building.

The flat is very well equipped for any time of year, winter or summer. It is carefully furnished in good taste, has a complete kitchen with dishwasher, and there is a water limescale filter for the flat. The bathroom has a washer dryer. The sitting-dining room has a study area, hot and cold air conditioning and a modern flat screen television. The dining room opens onto the balcony, which faces southeast. Off the sitting room, there is a small toilet with WC and washbasin.

The furniture is new and of good quality, as are the electrical appliances and other household equipment. There is a main bedroom with double bed and a fitted wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and fitted wardrobe. On the outdoor balcony, there is a cupboard for storing beach items.

In Spain we do not normally have kettles (we allways have at home an Italian style coffe-pot ), but we can provide you with a kettle on request (free of charge). This flat has in the kitchen a NEXPRESSO coffe-maker and it is left NEXPRESSO coffe for using by our guests.

We can provide with a cot in the flat (free of charge). The cot has a mattress, mattress protector, bed linen, a cotton bedspread or a blanket depending on the season. Please ask us if you need it.

Playa de Puebla is 15 minutes from Valencia by car, to the north of the city via the V31 motorway. There is a bus service from Valencia to Playa de Puebla, which leaves every 20 – 30 minutes in summer, and once an hour the rest of the year. The bus stop is a few metres from the building.

It is advisable, however, to have a car to visit the city more quickly and easily. In Playa de Puebla there are small supermarkets, a chemists and some banks. There are also restaurants and playgrounds, and it is a very suitable area for families with small children. There is a large shopping centre 10 minutes by car towards Valencia, Port Saplaya, where there is a large Carrefour supermarket, a MacDonald’s and a Leroy Merlin shop.

Visit the Santa María de El Puig Monastery, National Historical Artistic Monument, whose construction dates from 1238. This is located just some 10 km from the beach of Puebla de Farnals, in the very nice small town of El Puig.

Visit also Sagunto (20 km) a town full of historic tradition. Here you will find ruins dating back to when the Romans ruled these lands. Obligatory visits here are the spectacular Castle, the Roman Theatre (every summer, the latter holds the "Sagunt a Escena" International Theatre Festival), the Jewish Quarter, The Acropolis and the Temple of Diana.

Venture west to discover the inland districts and the pleasant surprises of their gastronomy, landscapes, history, and local fiestas. This location can be a good central point from which you can plan a lot of excursions 20-30 km around (specially delightful in autumn-winter)

In summer we recommend to plan excursions to the beach. It can be worth driving between 30-90 minutes to visit other beaches in Valencia as Penyscola (to the north) or Cullera, Gandía or Xábia (to the south).
