Beautiful air conditioned 3 bedroomed quad house on a private, gated complex with parking facilities. The Villa is a fifteen min stroll to the beach and less than a minutes walk to the large communal pool on the complex, with baby pool.

The local supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within a comfortable walking distance. There is a varierty of restuarants to cater for all tastes from indian, chinese, italian and fish & chips

The house is fully equipped with all your home comforts, tv, DVD player, IPOD. There are 3 double bedrooms and a double sofabed in the lounge.

The roof solarium, which is private, has its own built in BBQ and has dining table & chairs for 6, perfect for chilling & entertaining!

All you need on your holiday is available within a short walking distance: Cashpoint Machine, mobile phone top up, chemist, hairdresser etc.

Also close by to the Villa are plenty of blue flag beaches, where you will find sun loungers, beach bar and equipment hire. There are also 3 beautiful 18 hole golf courses all within driving distance

The town of Torrevieja itself is just 10 minutes drive, bus, or taxi away, all of which are easily available. The town has an array of shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. plus lovely seaside promenades, several beaches, an aqua park, street markets and a marina.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge of 50 euros for each booking
