Disabled friendly: As a ground floor apartment it is wheel chair friendly, the only steps being 2 down from the large patio into the front garden. Though not a wet room, the shower could be used by a disabled person with the addition of a suitable seat. Please indicate well in advance if this is required and it will be provided.
The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming, with a choice of many beaches, throughout the spring, summer and early autumn. Most of the beaches offer sun loungers, sunshades, toilet and shower facilities and bars; so one can spend entire days on the beach with everything provided. The location is ideal for walking, driving, local transport, whichever is your choice. It is well suited to mature couples, friends, disabled. LBGT friendly. Exciting activities, lively entertainment, sun, sand or chilling on the patio with a glass of wine, whatever suits you best, it is all here.
