This is a luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with many upgrades within a gated community and only 10 minutes away from Disney and other major attractions.

The property overlooks one of four lakes that provide beautiful nature trails perfect for walking or jogging around.

Within a few minutes walk of the property there is also a childrens playground.

The villa boasts a heated fully screened pool with sun loungers, table and chairs and a gas BBQ all perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida sun.

The garage has recently been converted into a games room that includes: Nintendo Wii, pool table, foose ball, exercise bike and many games for the whole family to enjoy!

The Master bedroom has a luxury King size bed with ensuite bathroom that boasts bath and seperate shower and his and her sinks!It also has a patio door leading out onto the pool area.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and bedroom 3 has been tastefully decorated and is refered too as the Disney room with twin beds. They share a Jack and Jill style bathroom.

Bedroom 4 also has twin beds and is adjasent to the main house bathroom.

All of the bathrooms have their own hair dryer and fresh towles are provided.

All of the bedrooms have cable tv and also provided is an Xbox that the children can move into their own room or the whole family can enjoy.

There is a Computer for your use and also full wireless internet connection available so you can use your own laptop or other wireless diveces.
