A beautifully restored Quinta (old farmhouse) in a secluded area with modern amenities to a high standard. Quinta do Ruperto is only 20 minutes from Faro airport and ten minutes from the unspoilt coastline, uncrowded beaches and natural park.

The Quinta has a lovely clear private, swimming pool, wood burning outdoor oven and BBQ area and a covered outdoor dining area surrounded by a fruit orchard, almond, carob and olive trees. An ideal get-away for families or friends seeking a discerning, comfortable and 'natural' holiday. There are many places to explore in the region - from historic towns (Tavira) , traditional fishing ports (Olhao) and the wonderful countryside inland, with cork trees , birdlife and abundant wild flowers. The coastline is a protected wildlife zone and visits can be made to see herons, flamingoes and even 'water' poodles. The beaches are uncrowded and stretch for miles - accessible by short ferry ride or miniature trains.
In the Quinta, solar panels provide the hot water, there's a recycling policy and the pool is cleaned by natural salts. A very well equipped kitchen as well as outdoor oven and BBq means you can enjoy leisurely meals on the covered patio. There are also some great local restaurants amd wholefood outlets too. All providing the perfect ingredients for a happy and healthy holiday.
