There is a one-time US$30 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights

Prices quoted are for standard occupancy (2 people in studio & 1 Bedroom; 4 in 2 bedroom), there is an additional charge of US$25 per day or US$150 per week per person for additional guests

All reservations require 20% down to confirm a reservation with the balance due at check-in

A major credit card or US$300 is required as a security deposit with all rentals at check-in

Cancellations must be received 21 calendar days or more prior to check-in for full refund of your deposit & 15-20 calendar days for 50% refund - no refunds if cancelled within 14 days

All accommodations are non-smoking & self-catering (there is no room service or restaurant on the premises, but there are many nearby & 2 only a short walk down the beach)

Weekly maid service is included (daily or twice weekly service is available at additional cost)

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets
