We have fitted this house out to the standard we would like to enjoy when we rent accommodation. It is situated near the end of a quiet cul de sac in a gated community. The house can sleep 10 people plus a crib for a baby in great comfort and we have no sofa or fold away beds. 2 bedrooms are en-suite, 1 with a Kingsize bed and the other a Queen and there is also a family bathroom upstairs with a toilet and wash hand basin downstairs. There is a games room with small snooker table, foosball table, darts, X box and an assortment of board games. Our pool has 'florida glass' down either side which obscures the view into the pool area. The view from the pool is over a small lake.
There is a great recreational area just 2 minutes away by car on the estate. We are also a few minutes away from St Cloud with all the amenities it has to offer.
