Centrally located for all amenities. 15 minutes from airport in taxi for approx 22 - 25 euros, 3 minutes walk from the beach at Puerto Colon, marina in the popular Torviscas, Adeje area. Main supermarket, shops, bars, nightlife and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 20 deg.C in winter months to 30 deg.C in summer months, however most times it's 25 deg.C. With sunshine on your balcony before midday, until sunset at night and views to the ocean and marina at the popular Torviscas area you will find this complex and the location of the apartments all you need to enjoy your holidays.

1 bedroom apartment consists of 2 single beds in the bedroom, 1 bed-settee in the living room, which pulls out into a double bed or "Z" mattress bed and a further single sofa so sleeping up to 5 guests The bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, W.H.B., is fully equipped. Hot + cold water is provided via the electric water heater. The bathrooms have been re-fitted and tiled in spring / summer of 2007 and fitted with washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped and refurbished with all you need for your self-catering while the living room has satellite TV, DVD and CD players (both with a selection of films and disks.) There is a safety deposit box in the bedroom, along with hair dryer and tongs, iron and ironing board.

There is pay as you go WiFi internet access in the apartments. There is a garage below the complex and space is rented out through reception.
