Casa Karjohn is a delightful and attractive multi-level, 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed villa with lots of character. Due to its elevated position on the Vale do Milho 9-hole golf course, it commands spectacular views of the sea and surrounding area. It is set in a peaceful location, approximately 5 minutes walk to Centeanes beach and a 5 minute drive to the charming village of Carvoeiro, which offers an extensive choice of bars, restaurants and shops.

Additionally, there are several bars, restaurants, a mini market and the ever-popular Rocha Brava complex within 5 minutes walk of the property, where there are tennis courts and a gym available there for hire.

Casa Karjohn features air-conditioning, central heating, a log burning fire, and a jacuzzi bath in the main bathroom. A surround sound TV with DVD player, SKY TV, a varied selection of DVDs and games provides great all-round entertainment. Internet access (ADSL, Portugese equivalent to the UK's broadband) via cable is also available.

The extensive roof terrace has a purpose built BBQ, and a superb stone dining table and chair set for 8 people from which to enjoy the panoramic 360 degree views. Additionally, there are 3 quaint balconies off the lounge, dining room and master-bedroom areas offering additional space and privacy for relaxation and entertainment.

Casa Karjohn has its own Spa Plunge Pool surrounded by a large terraced patio area, plus direct private access to the large communal swimming pool.

The Vale do Milho 9-hole golf course and club amenities are close to hand, and the two international standard 18-hole Pestana, and Gramacho golf courses are within a 15-minute drive. There are also two water parks situated close by, with Zoo Marine and the Algarve Shopping centre some 20 minutes drive away.
