This very well-equipped apartment is situated at Quinta do Paraiso approx 1km to the west of the popular and picturesque village of Carvoeiro on the Algarve. Built in 1990 in traditional Moorish style, it is on the ground floor of a two storey complex with patio doors from the bedroom and lounge onto terrace.

The apartment was completely renovated, refurbished and refurnished for 2007 and is equipped to comfortably accomodate up to four persons. It has a large twin bedroom with shower en-suite plus a large sofa-bed in the lounge area with a separate bathroom leading off the lounge. The kitchen, with dining area, is fully fitted and equipped with Oven, Stove, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster etc. Air conditioning and central heating are installed, the apartment also has Satellite TV, DVD, CD players and Radio.

There is also a communal pool with sunbeds.

The rental charges detailed include all cleaning, linen, heating and air conditioning costs - i.e. there are no hidden extras
