A covered and shaded, patio dining area overlooks the 8x4 meter swimming pool and together with a built-in barbecue, makes an excellent venue for al fresco dining on glorious Cyprus evenings. The pool is entered by roman steps, has an adjacent poolside shower and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. There is a partly shingle beach three minutes walk from the villa.

The property is a few minutes drive from the centre of Paphos, with its superb amenities, international cuisine, night life and excellent shopping. The picturesque Paphos harbour is an idyllic venue to enjoy local fish restaurants, while relaxing and watching the coming and going of yachts, or taking part in the many marine excursions on offer. Diving and sports fishing can also be found there. The nearest bar is 400 metres from the villa along with a Holiday Village and the nearest restaurant is 1 kilometre away. Coral Bay has a large sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort has a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and shops. Close by is the charming village of Agios Georgios from where off road vehicles can drive up the unspoilt coast and visit the famous caves. There are excellent restaurants in the area which overlook breathtaking scenery. A drive into the hills takes you into beautiful countryside and delightful, traditional villages where you can enjoy a meal among the wonderfully friendly locals in a tavern. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.
